There are days when I am booming in energy. These are the days when I put on a nice dress, do my hair, put makeup and be proper. These are the days, though very few, when I unmess my house. I finish pending laundery, fold the clothes neatly, clear all tables and wardrobes in house, get sense of my bills and all of those tasks. These are the days when I cook fancy and elaborate. I find a recipe, no matter how complicated, how long, I follow. I bake a cake, I make kebabs or Biryani. There would be recipes and icings and all the shenanigans .
Then there are days (most of them) when I am plain lazy. I throw my bag, shoes and clothes like I would never use them again. clutch my hair in messiest bun, dig masala stained pajamas from the heap of clothes and eat scrambled eggs for dinner. These are the days when I cook quick. I mix and match, it turns out good sometimes but sometimes mehh..not so good. I made this pineapple and banana smoothie on one such day.
There is no recipe here, It is so very simple. I am sharing here because I loved the combination; I loved the mix and match of these fruits. It was good and i believe in passing on the good. So here it is, hoping to make your lazy days even more lazier and your life easier.
- 250 gms (around 1 cup) Pineapple
- 1 ripe Banana
- 1/4 cups Pomegranate Seeds (Optional)
- 4 tbsp Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Coconut Water/Water
- Throw everything in blender and mix.
- Mix till you like the consistency. Tadaa It's done
- Feel free to add more coconut water
