Ingredients
  1. Chicken Breast – 450 gms(1 pound)
  2. Garlic – 5-6 cloves
  3. Salt – as per taste
  4. Paprika – As per taste
  5. Oregano – 1/2 tsp
  6. Rosemary – 1/2 tsp
  7. Coriander leaves – to garnish
  8. White wine – 1 cup
  9. Egg – 1
  10. All-purpose flour – 2 tbsp
  11. Olive oil – 2 tsp
Instructions
  1. Peel and grate garlic. In garlic add salt, paprika, oregano, thyme and rosemary. This will become like a paste.
  2. Slice the chicken breast and make cuts on it so that it absorbs more and more of our herbs. Carefully and evenly layer it with the herb paste.
  3. Pour white wine on chicken breast. Let the chicken breast marinate in wine for 30 minutes.
  4. After it is marinated, remove from wine. Sprinkle all-purpose flour. Beat one egg in a bowl.
  5. Put the pan over heat. Add olive oil into it. Dip the chicken breast in egg and put in the pan.
  6. Let it cook for one minute each on side. When sides are golden brown, chicken breasts are ready.
