Hummus is very healthy and easy to make dip. This can be varied with variety of flavors and used in number of recipes.

Mint Dip (Pudina Chutney)

Mint or Pudina chutney is a popular dip which goes very well with Kebabs, Biryani or simple daal chawal. Quick and easy, this will be done in a jiffy. This chutney enhances the taste and completes any dish. So lets quickly get on the ingredients and make the spicy mouthwatering Mint Chutney. 
Ingredients: 
 
Mint (Pudina) – 1 Cup
Corriander – 1/2 Cup
Green Chillies – 4-5 (as per your taste)
Garlic – 4 to 5 cloves (As this is garlic kitchen, garlic is must but if not garlic fan, you can do without them)
Salt – To taste 
Curd – 1 tbsp
 

 Method: 

Put together all the ingredients with little water to make a fine paste. Do not add too much water. If required add water while grinding. When chutney is done add curd and grind once again so that curd gets mixed with chutney. 

Add some lemon if you like. Here you have an excellent and beautiful green dip. Refrigerate it or use it at room temperature; totally up to you. Serve with any dish you like.
