Hummus is very healthy and easy to make dip. This can be varied with variety of flavors and used in number of recipes.
Chickpeas and Tahini are main ingredients for hummus. Tahini is readily available in market. It is basically sesames seed butter and very easy to make. I made Tahini as well. You can see the recipe here.
Beetroot dip is very very simple to make. I majorly like this because of its beautiful colour and yes it delicious as well. We know already how healthy Beetroot is, so it’s good to include it daily eating. This dip can be made in no time and you can serve with any snacks you like. This dip will certainly make your look dish stunning. So this is how we make beetroot dip:
Put together all the ingredients with little water to make a fine paste. Do not add too much water. If required add water while grinding. When chutney is done add curd and grind once again so that curd gets mixed with chutney.
Add some lemon if you like. Here you have an excellent and beautiful green dip. Refrigerate it or use it at room temperature; totally up to you. Serve with any dish you like.
